Plantation Agoncillo is home to a very unique and distinctive Liberica. Overseen by owner Elaine Barrios, the Liberica sits amongst a lush sugarcane plantation which is said to make the cherries distinctively sweeter. Harvested December 2021- January 2022, semi washed and dried on raised sunbeds for 10 days. A special micro lot farm which produces 200kg of cherries each harvest. We are privileged to offer this Barako to you. We are roasting this slightly darker to showcase the deep whiskey notes and muscovado like sweetness.
