Native Bread of Philippines. Fluffy and slightly sweet, perfect for dunking into your coffee.

Signature pandesal baked with ube halaya and mild cheddar cheese.

Baked coconut rice cake baked in banana leaf.
Chocolate Churro Bibingka
House Bibingka baked with a layer of 70% Dark Chocolate and finished with spiced cinnamon sugar.
Spicy Mushroom & Queso Bibingka
Sichuan Chilli spiced cheese blend baked with Chilli Oil marinated shitake mushroom
Ube Buko Pie
Layers of coconut meat baked slowly with a rich creamy ube custard inside our puff pastry until golden. Finished with crunchy demerara sugar.
Lolas Banana Pudding
House made bread pudding using pandesal double baked in rich egg banana custard topped with demerara sugar. Served with warm housemade coconut jam.
Pan de Asado
Signature Pandesal filled with organic chicken thigh slow cooked in asado marinade.
