Our Chocolate Spanish Bread.

Something very satisfying about having a warm from the oven Chocolate Spanish Bread. A molten chocolate and roasted hazelnut creme filling inside our house sourdough pandesal.

Pandesal, slightly sweet, rich but with a sourdough twang wrapped around the rich chocolate frangipane like filling. Baking all our offering right before we open daily, this was always the most enticing for me. Nothing could soothe your soul more than having one of these warm, with a hot coffee before starting your day.
